James Martens-Mullaly
Managing Director
James is a skilled arborist with an honours degree in Arboriculture and brings extensive practical, consultancy knowledge and managerial experience spanning 25 years in Australia and the UK. Clients value James’ combined expertise in tree health care, urban forestry, project management and coordination.
With a deep understanding of the benefits of urban trees honed by studies at the University of Melbourne, James is passionate about finding solutions and combines his practical and technical expertise to provide informed, considered and constructive arboricultural advice to his clients.
Jon-Hollis Hill
Operations Manager
Hollis’ arboricultural career commenced with his move to Australia from the US eleven years ago. With a Diploma in Arboriculture and a Bachelor’s Degree in Science, he joined the team as Operations Manager in 2014, bringing valuable insight gained from his previous team leading experiences to his role.
Managing an extensive client portfolio, Hollis specialises in government and commercial contract administration where his pragmatic and responsive management approach is a key skill set. Hollis’ customer service excellence and talent for relationship building has been fundamental to the company’s growth.
Peter Lee
Plant Health Care Supervisor
With a Certificate IV in Arboriculture and over 20 years of practical experience, Peter brings a wealth of local knowledge to Arbor Co. Peter started his career as a climbing arborist, though it was not long before his curious nature and talent for problem solving, combined with his passion for trees, drew him to Plant Health Care.
Peter specialises in diagnosing and treating tree and soil health issues, using advanced, innovative treatments and technologies that work. Peter’s passion and knowledge also combine to assist customers in getting the right tree in the right place, and once installed helping their trees thrive.
Quinley Matthews
Scheduling Officer
Quin has qualifications in Business Administration and over ten years’ customer service and sales experience. With a detailed understanding of the company resources, operations and customer expectations, Quin and her team work diligently behind the scenes to ensure customer service excellence is achieved.
Whether directing client calls, preparing detailed works or managing emergency call-outs, her attention to detail is fundamental to delivering and maintaining Arbor Co’s personalised service. -
